IceLink processes order within 3-4 days of the order's placement. Orders placed from Friday to Sunday, or Holiday will be processed the following business day. Icelink cannot be accountable for carrier delays or delays caused by holidays, meteorological conditions and other circumstances that are irrelevant to IceLink's control.
If UPS Next Day Air is selected on a non business day - it will ship on the following business day. For example, if you place your order on Saturday for 2nd Day, it will ship Monday and be delivered Wednesday.
Once orders are sent, they can no longer be canceled and a change of delivery address is no longer possible.
IceLink does not assume responsibility to reimburse or compensate for returned packages and its missing content(s) lost in transit with or without proof of delivery to IceLink.
All orders shipping internationally are subject to additional shipping charges based on taxes, tariffs, and duties put into place by that country. ICELINK is not associated with these fees. All fees are to be paid for by the customer at the time of delivery. Most countries calculate shipping charges, taxes, tariffs, and duties at checkout and the customer owes nothing additional at delivery.
For international orders, if your package is unclaimed and returned back to us, we may refund the amount of the products, but the shipping cost will not be refunded.
IceLink does not provide a return shipping label. Returned international shipments are the customer's responsibility. IceLink is not responsible for any additional shipping costs for returns and exchanges. IceLink does not assume responsibility to reimburse or compensate for returned packages and its missing content(s) lost in transit with or without proof of delivery to IceLink.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
When a delivery confirmation/tracking number is provided, IceLink is not responsible for lost or stolen packages if the carrier claims delivery. If you do not receive a package, in which delivery is confirmed by the carrier, we will help you to contact the carrier to try and resolve the issue but we are not liable for a lost package.
UNCLAIMED PACKAGES
If a package is unclaimed and is sent back to IceLink, the customer will be responsible for the re-delivery cost; a flat fee of $6.
If a package is returned to IceLink due to an incorrect shipping address provided by a customer, the customer will be responsible for the re-delivery cost; a flat fee of $6. If the customer does not want re-delivery and prefers a refund, IceLink will deduct $6 from the refund. IceLink is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect shipping information provided by a customer.
UNCLAIMED PACKAGES
If a package is unclaimed and is sent back to IceLink, the customer will be responsible for the re-delivery cost; a flat fee of $10 for USA shipments and $50 for international shipments.
IceLink uses Signifyd to screen all orders for possible fraudulent activity. If your order is declined through the third-party application, you will receive an email from info@icelinkwatch.com letting you know that your order has been cancelled and refunded. If you would like to place a new order, an IceLink representative will ask you for a copy of your ID and Credit Card for submission to Signifyd. This information is not stored. We do our best to ensure the timely delivery of all orders. Please keep in mind that due to COVID , carriers are having delays. These packages can arrive outside of the estimated timeframe.

We do not ship to PO Boxes; however, the Bill to address can be a PO Box.
