JEWELRY REPAIRS AND WARRANTY
At IceLink we stand behind the structural integrity & craftsmanship of all our pieces and offer a 2 year warranty.
If for whatever reason your Icelink piece is damaged or breaks during normal wear due to a defect in material or workmanship, we will repair it at no cost or give you a product of equal value if we no longer carry that product. Replating is not covered by warranty and has a $15 fee per item.
Bicycle bracelets have a lifetime warranty.
Please retain your receipt and pass it onto the gift recipient, as the original proof of purchase is the warranty.
Eligibility of this warranty is determined upon receipt and inspection of the item. If it is determined that there is a metal or manufacturing defect, we will establish options for repair or replacement. Based on the availability of parts/ product; if an item is beyond servicing we will offer you credit for the value of the item.
After 2 Years (or if no proof of purchase can be provided), we can still help ensure your piece is loved for years to come - we will offer repairs for the lifetime of your piece for a small fee. You can set this up by emailing us at:

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and contact you with an estimate if applicable. Upon approval and payment, the repair should generally take 7-14 business days unless otherwise stated.
IceLink does not send labels in the event of a returned item or special requests such as (size, color, length) etc. If the client ships the item to us at their expense, IceLink is happy to cover the shipping charge on the way back. Include a note in the package with: your full name, contact number, email address, warranty card/receipt (if applicable), and the requested size.
WATCHES | WARRANTY
The hands, dial, and watch movement are the only components covered under the warranty. If the watch proves to be defective in workmanship under normal use, it will be repaired or replaced free of charge at the discretion of IceLink Service Center. Any defected item(s) must be reported the day of delivery. You can send in this request to firstname.lastname@example.org. Warranty is valid with proof of purchase (i.e. sales receipt, warranty card).

There is no charge if the issue is covered under warranty. If your issue isn’t covered, you’ll pay an out-of-warranty fee. A return shipping and handling fee will apply to all warranty service.
