JEWELRY REPAIRS AND WARRANTY

At IceLink, we take pride in the quality of our jewelry and aim to ensure your pieces remain as beautiful as the day you received them. Our warranty policy is designed to give you peace of mind with your purchase.

LIFETIME WARRANTY ON STONES AND DIAMONDS

We provide a lifetime warranty for all stone and diamond replacements. If any stones or diamonds in your IceLink jewelry become loose, damaged, or lost, we will replace them at no cost to you.

Bicycle Bracelets also come with a lifetime warranty, covering sizing, clasp repairs, and broken links, subject to part availability.

30-DAY WARRANTY

For the first 30 days, we offer no-charge repairs on any damaged items, allowing for exchanges or repairs. After 30 days, all repairs (except stone and diamond replacements) will incur a small fee. Replating is not covered under the warranty and has a $15 fee per item.

Please retain your receipt and pass it onto the gift recipient, as the original proof of purchase is the warranty.

 

How Do I Send In My IceLink Piece for Repair?

  1. Send only the item which needs to be repaired along with its corresponding paperwork/receipt. Do not send the box or additional bands and/or accessories. Please make sure your item is packed carefully so that is protected against possible damage during shipment.
  2. We strongly suggest that you insure your package for the accurate value that it holds through the shipping carrier; IceLink will not be liable for its loss or damage on the way to our facility.
  3. Include a note in the package with: your full name, shipping address, contact number, email address, warranty card/receipt (if applicable), and a description of what needs to be serviced.
 

How long will it take?

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and contact you with an estimate if applicable.  Upon approval and payment, the repair should generally take 15 - 30 business days unless otherwise stated. 

Got the wrong size?

IceLink does not send labels in the event of a returned item or special requests such as (size, color, length) etc. If the client ships the item to us at their expense, IceLink is happy to cover the shipping charge on the way back. Include a note in the package with: your full name, contact number, email address, warranty card/receipt (if applicable), and the requested size.
 

WATCH WARRANTY

What is covered?

The hands, dial, and watch movement are covered under the warranty. Any defects must be reported on the day of delivery by contacting info@icelinkwatch.com. Warranty is valid with proof of purchase (i.e. sales receipt, warranty card).

Watches: 1-Year Warranty

What is not covered?

  • Case, crystal, crown, strap, or metal band.

  • Water damage.

  • Repairs on watches not purchased from an authorized IceLink retailer

How Much Will It Cost?

There is no charge if the issue is covered under warranty. If your issue isn’t covered, an out-of-warranty fee will apply, along with a return shipping and handling fee.

IceLink will make efforts to locate parts internally. However, for discontinued jewelry and watches, IceLink is not responsible for sourcing parts.
