Return and Exchange Policy
We at IceLink strive to make you feel confident in your purchase. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) based on our Return and Exchange Policy.
Full Priced Items
- Returns and Exchanges on full priced items are permitted within 14 business days from your order’s delivery date. (Your return shipment must be postmarked within 14 days from receipt of your order) Returns received after 14 days will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
All Discounted, Sale, Promo, and Custom Items are final sale.
- If a promo code has been used, your item will only be eligible for a size adjustment. No refunds/exchanges on discounted/promo code items.
All Returned items must comply with our returns policy:
- Items must be returned unworn, undamaged and unused, with all tags attached and the original packaging included.
- Any defected item(s) must be reported the day of delivery. You can send in this request to firstname.lastname@example.org
- IceLink does not send labels in the event of a returned item or special requests such as (size,color, length) etc. If the client ships the item to us at their expense IceLink is happy to cover the shipping charge on the way back.
- Refunds are issued to original purchaser present with original sales receipt within 5-7 business days.
- Gift returns with receipt can only be exchanged for product of equal value.
Please handle with care when trying on your purchases and return them in the same condition you received them. Any returns that do not meet our policy will be subject to a 15% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund, or it will be shipped back to you at your expense and a refund will not be granted.
Got the Wrong Size?
- If you only need a size exchange, please do not send the gift box. Just send the item that needs to be exchanged and note the size you would like in the package.
- If you need links removed from a bracelet and do not live in the Los Angeles area, you can take it to any jewelry/watch repair kiosk in a mall and they can do it for you. You can also send it into our boutique address below and we can do it, free of charge

Returns by Mail Instructions
Here are the basic steps:
- Pack the item securely.
- If you are doing an exchange or size adjustment, please do not send back IceLink gift boxes with your returns or exchanges.
- Enclose the original or a copy of the packing slip. If you need a different size or product, please note what you would like on the slip.
- If you do not have your original packing slip, please provide us with your name, address, phone number, email address, and order number.
- All return shipping charges must be prepaid by the customer.
- For your protection, we recommend that you use FedEx, UPS or Insured Parcel Post for your return. IceLink is not responsible for any lost and/or stolen packages on the return.
- Ship the return package to the address indicated on the packing slip:

If you are due for a refund, you can expect a refund within 3-5 business days of our receiving your returned product. Refund will be credited to the same form of payment used in your original purchase.
Lost or Stolen Packages: When a delivery confirmation/tracking number is provided, IceLink is not responsible for lost or stolen packages if the carrier claims delivery. If you do not receive a package, in which delivery is confirmed by the carrier, we will help you to contact the carrier to try and resolve the issue but we are not liable for a lost package.
Incorrect Shipping Information - If a package is returned to IceLink due to an incorrect shipping address provided by a customer, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the redelivery cost. IceLink is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect shipping information provided by a customer.
